Windows (64-bit) Installation Guide
Step-by-step instructions for downloading, cryptographically verifying, installing, updating, and cleanly removing Nivara Browser.
1. Download & Cryptographic Verification
Download the official binary package and verify its integrity against the Navavritti Foundation Ed25519 signing key before executing:

2. Installation & First Launch
- Run
nivara-1.0.0-beta.4-windows-x64-setup.exe. - If Windows Defender SmartScreen displays an informational prompt, click "More info" and select "Run anyway".
- Complete the lightweight NSIS installation wizard (default target:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Nivara).
3. Automated Updates & Uninstallation
Updates: Nivara checks https://navavritti.org/api/nivara/releases/latest automatically. Updates are validated via cryptographic hash and signature before atomic in-place replacement.
Clean Uninstallation: Delete the Nivara application and optionally remove your user profile located at:
%APPDATA%\Nivara.
